We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (within Jaipur city limits)
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available for select areas, additional charges apply)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for urgent orders in select areas (subject to availability and additional charges)
- Installation Service: Professional installation can be scheduled separately (additional charges may apply)
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location and distance
- Selected shipping method
- Special handling requirements (if applicable)
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value or for specific products. Please check product pages or contact us for details.

- Additional delivery attempts may be scheduled
- You may be required to pick up the order from a designated location
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and a restocking fee may apply.
2. Returns Policy

You may return products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
- Product must not be damaged, modified, or tampered with
- Return request must be initiated within the return period

2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization
- Pack the product securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Arrange for return shipment (we may provide return shipping label or arrange pickup)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
Important: Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
2.4 Return Shipping
Return shipping charges depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Wrong Product: We will bear the return shipping cost
- Customer Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Damaged in Transit: We will bear the return shipping cost (subject to investigation)
We may arrange for pickup of returned products in select areas. Please contact us to confirm pickup availability.
3. Refunds Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed for eligible returns after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2 Refund Processing Time
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
- UPI Payments: 3-5 business days after approval
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days after approval
- Cash on Delivery: Refund processed via bank transfer (7-10 business days)
Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
3.3 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- Full product price (for unused products returned within return period)
- Original shipping charges (if return is due to our error or defective product)
The refund amount will NOT include:
- Original shipping charges (for returns due to change of mind)
- Return shipping charges (if applicable)
- Installation or service charges (if product was installed)
- Restocking fees (if applicable for certain products)
3.4 Partial Refunds
If a returned product is damaged, missing accessories, or not in original condition, we may offer a partial refund based on the product's condition. You will be notified of any partial refund before processing.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
4.1 Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos/videos of the defect or damage
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Do not use or install the product
- Keep all original packaging and accessories
We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or full refund.
4.2 Replacement Policy
For defective products, we offer:
- Free replacement with the same product (subject to availability)
- Free return shipping for defective products
- Priority processing for replacement orders
If replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund or alternative product of equivalent value.
5. Cancellation Policy

- After Shipment: Order cannot be cancelled, but you may return the product as per our returns policy
